Here’s a few things that I’ve been using or doing this Winter season.
one+ With winter comes drier skin and fresh Rose & Hyaluronic Acid Deep Hydration Moisturizer is my go to this time of year because it leaves my skin feeling supple and the scent is amazing.
two+ I juice a few pieces of ginger root on the weekends and store it in the refrigerator. Then in the mornings, I add 1-2 tablespoons to a cup of Bigelow peppermint tea. It’s my winter elixir. Sometimes I also add a bit of honey, and sometimes I may add a few drops of lemon juice.
three+ Daily supplements for this season of my life are One A Day Women’s Multivitamin Gummies and Ease Mood Magnesium. My vitamins are gummies because there is no other way I will take them regularly.
four+ To get in more protein in my day, I drink Orgain Plant Based Protein Shakes (I’m lactose intolerant). I have a subscription and get this delivered monthly and if I’m traveling, my first stop is the grocery store to pick up a pack. My favorite way to enjoy it is to blend it with spinach and ice to get a smoothie like consistency – and that way I get some greens in my day too. But I also drink it solo.
five+ We don’t use real candles in our home but these LED battery operated flameless candles (with remote/timer) have been giving us a warm cozy glow in the evenings this Winter season. They use 2 AA batteries each, and you can set them to be on for 4, 6 o 8 hours. I currently have them on for about 6 hours from 6PM to midnight.
What are some ways you’re making it cozy this Winter?
